Hourly Consulting and Break/Fix Support

We offer support on a time/materials basis as well. Special rates for small nonprofits. Please contact us for more information. 

Remote support minimum charge

1/4 hour billed in 1/4 hour increments.

Invoicing

Invoices sent on the first of the month for work completed during the previous month. Billing is on a Net-15 basis.

Travel charges

Portland and close-in West-Side addresses (Beaverton & Tigard) – no charge. Other areas – hourly consulting rate (billed in ΒΌ hr increments) 1-way to your site.

On-site minimum charge

1 hour. After initial minimum charge, time shall be billed in 1/4 hour increments.

After Hours (after 6:00pm) / Weekends / National Holidays

2 hour minimum charge for on-site work; 1/2 hour minimum charge for Remote Support.
